 Concept Steels supply materials to many subsea clients. We are specialists in subsea forgings, where concentration on quality in both material and construction is paramount, and precision imperative.

Here are some of the projects that we have completed for those clients

• F65 forged rings to offshore and oil company requirements with specific mechanical properties
• Duplex bodies machined to complex drawings requiring turning, milling, API threading and various coatings.
• Shaft in high tensile carbon in over 6m long to very restrictive and precise mechanical properties
• Contractual supply over 6, 12, 18 or 24 months
• 40” forged blocs in LF2 for subsea applications
• Hanger in low alloy steel A182 F22 with high impact
